What do I have to do to register my domain name?

3TEC.COM requires you to have an existing email account through a local Internet Service Provider. In most cases, 3TEC.COM will serve as your Technical Contact and provide name servers for your domain name. If you operate your own name servers (minimum two name servers are required), you need to provide us the server hostnames and IP addresses in the order form. Always make sure that your domain name is available before trying to register that name.
