Can multiple domain names point to the same web site?

Yes. Additional domain name can be configured to point to the same public_html directory as your specified Web Hosting account. You can do so by logging into Panelbox, and create Addon Domain under Domains function. You will also need to notify 3TEC.COM's Service Centre to have DNS setup for the newly added domain name.
